RENTAFUN – RENTER TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all individuals booking rentals (“Renters”) through RentAFun.

1. ELIGIBILITY

• Must be 25+ (unless otherwise approved)
• Must have valid driver’s license or boating credentials

2. BOOKINGS

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment
• You agree to the Owner’s listing terms and rules

3. USE OF RENTAL

You agree to:

• Operate safely and legally
• Follow all instructions provided
• Not allow unauthorized users
• Not operate under the influence

4. CONDITION & RETURN

You must:

• Return the unit in the same condition
• Refill fuel (if required)
• Clean the unit, wash any used dishes, and remove all trash

Additional fees may apply.

5. DAMAGE & LIABILITY

You are responsible for:

• Any damage, loss, or theft
• Any fines, tickets, or violations
• Third-party injuries or claims

6. SECURITY DEPOSITS

• Deposits are required
• Security deposits include a non-refundable $300 for Booking/Prep Fee and Insurance Fee.
  $500 is refundable unless listed violations occur.
• Deposits will be held for damages or violations.
• $250 fee if come back with septic tank not emptied.
• Delivery and pick up fee: $150 after 50 miles $3 each mile. extra Milage fee- 100 miles a day. anything over 100 miles will result in a .75 cents a mile fee.
• Generator rental fee $75 per day.
• Security deposit will be refunded determined on bank so 5-10 business days.
• Pet Fee of $50 when disclosed. $100 if not disclosed. Must notify before pickup so fee can be charged on arrival.

7. INSURANCE

• You are responsible for verifying coverage
• Insurance will be provided through renter's purchase of Preparation Fee

8. BREAKDOWNS

• Notify Owner and RentAFun immediately
• Do not authorize repairs without approval

9. CANCELLATIONS

• 30 days or more in advance will result in a full refund. 14 days or more will result in a 50% refund. 7 days or more will result in a 25% refund. Less than 7 days will result in no refund.

10. PROHIBITED USE

No:

• Illegal activity
• Off-road misuse (unless allowed)
• Smoking is strictly prohibited

Violation will result in full forfeiture of security deposit.

11. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

RentAFun is not responsible for:

• Accidents or injuries
• Mechanical failures
• Lost personal items

12. AGREEMENT

By booking, you agree to these terms.
